The Council of Visions Guardians of the Earth is an autonomous event without political or religious affiliation that is supported by donations. The registration fees for the event are used to cover the cost of food, infrastructure, and invitations to indigenous representatives and organizations that work on projects with an ecological-educational orientation. We seek to generate a culture of regeneration in harmony with nature and have a positive effect on the inhabitants of this Bioregion.

Due to the fragility of the ecosystem and the physical limitations in the headquarters -Campamento de Boy Scouts Meztitla- which is located in Tepoztlán, Morelos, there is a limited number of places. That is why we invite you to register early and confirm your participation as soon as possible. The cost of the meeting, which will last a week, includes food, camping area and access to all activities during the event.

As in the previous fifteen Councils, registration fees are very affordable thanks to the volunteer work of many people who are donating their time and resources in preparation for the Council headquarters to be held in December of this year.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Can I go just a few days?

The Council of Visions takes place over 8 days. During the event we all participated in the assembly and development of a Peace Ceremonial Village, which requires an entire integration process, which is why we prefer that you participate all week and not just a few days. However, we understand that it is not always possible. Therefore, if you can only come for a few days, check the formula to calculate your fee, in the "per day" column on the right in the price table or contact us to give you the price according to the days you plan to attend.

Can I volunteer?

Being a volunteer is giving or helping without expecting something in return. All help and donations are welcome. The well-intentioned support on a voluntary basis before, during and after the event from people who attend or not is appreciated. For more information on how to participate as a volunteer, please consult the Volunteers section of this page.

Can I share a workshop, talk or activity during the meeting?

Of course yes, voluntary proposals are accepted, for which you must mention it in the registration form, if you have already registered and did not put something about it, you can contact us to see what proposals you have to share and see where and when we could schedule them, as well as taking into account what is needed to carry them out. Please send your proposal to info@consejodevisiones.org

It is important to know that we all collaborate willingly and contribute our grain of sand to the realization of this meeting. For this reason, the workshop leaders also cover the registration fee for the event. Activities that can be useful for people in the community and for all ages are especially sought. We will be in contact with you to notify you if your proposal is accepted.

I am a member of or I know of an artistic or musical band/group. Do you still accept artists in the concert program?

The musical program has already been completed, to make proposals for other cultural activities please write to the email deluix@hotmail.com . No compensation is offered for their participation since most of them donate their art/music, although the possibility of mutual support can be seen, especially with local artists whose proposal has a cause related to ours.
